I have run into issues with updating JD GS1 displays this fall. I started updating them using the growers data card and it only did a half way job. Purchased a keycard from JD w/o unlocks on it and things have worked much better since then. I would recommend getting a keycard if you are planning on providing that serices. It helped me

Original Display Update

There is a new update for the Original Display and Processor. If you have the old update on your computer you must remove that program before doing the new update. Then go out to stellar support and download it to your desktop. It will be under Greenstar System Update which is on the left side of the home page under quick support.
