Here is a quote from CaseIH Assist doc that talks about card issues.
"Use a computer to format the card to FAT or FAT16 file system
ATA flash cards and Compact Flash (CF) cards used with AFS / PLM / PFS displays need to be formatted using FAT or
FAT16 file systems.
NOTE: Do not format the card to FAT32 file system. Cards formatted to FAT32 will cause data to be lost."

I have attached a copy of the entire doc.

I have ran 1GB in them and until yesterday have had no problems. What are you seeing with the bigger cards?

You can only run 512MB card. If using larger than this there will be problems!
